Our Chef, John Hudson, has forty years of professional experience in the restaurant and catering business. After serving as Banquet Chef for the Sheraton Hotel in Washington, D.C. for twelve years, he moved to North Carolina in 1980. Before joining Warrior Golf Club, John cooked for the Downtowner, McCabe’s, DJ’s Café in the Park, and the Salisbury Country Club. In addition, John
also owned and operated Hudson Baking Company, where he worked to
create his own special blends of cheesecakes.
